Payment Terms
Within 7 days of the invoice being issued.
Cancellations
If you have registered for a training course, but need to withdraw, you must advise Brighta Consulting at info@brightaconsulting.co.nz
You will not be eligible for a refund if Brighta Consulting is first advised of your intention to withdraw from a training course less than 5 full business days before it is scheduled to take place.
Brighta Consulting may cancel a training course due to low registration numbers up to 3 days before it is scheduled to take place.
If Brighta Consulting cancels a training course, Brighta Consulting will refund the cost of your course fee. Brighta Consulting accepts no liability for any expenses incurred because of a cancelled or postponed training course.
Transferring Registrations
Registrations can be transferred to a colleague if you are no longer able to attend the training course you enrolled for. Where this is the case, please advise Brighta Consulting and we will rebook the attendee ourselves.
The transfer must be complete no less than 3 days before the training course is scheduled to take place unless otherwise agreed to by Brighta Consulting.
If you are unable to attend a training course and would like to transfer to the same training course but at a later date, you will need to advise Brighta Consulting at least 5 full business days before the training course is scheduled to take place.
Brighta Consulting reserves the right to postpone a training course or transfer registrations to a future date if the number of attendees does not meet the minimum requirement.
